Short summary of the job: A sales job for smart people and can learn quickly new industries management practices. You will be in charge of the full sales cycle from the opportunity qualification to the negotiation, going through astonishing product demos.
We are looking for candidates who has minimum 2 years of experience in General trade with known FMCG brand.
Area exposure and FMCG exposure is MUST
Responsibilities
· To work out and achieve route wise daily sales target
· Area Development by developing new retailers/wholesalers and increasing the depth of existing channel
· Communication of promotional offers to existing as well as new outlets and enrolling them
· Attending to trade and consumer grievances wrt product, packaging and serviceability
· Maintain brand share in existing outlets
· Feedback on any ongoing offer/promotion from our organization
· Tracking competitor activities and reporting the area level impact of the same to SO
Would interact with Retailers and report to SO about daily route working
Education Qualification
UG: Any Graduate
PG: Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
